• DESCRIPTION

  Pure malt ale, brewed with 100% barley malt. Violante has an intense taste and a slight bitterness, furthermore it has an aftertaste of caramel. Its head is thick, creamy and adherent. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and second fermentation in the bottle. VEGAN-FRIENDLY

• INGREDIENTS

  Water of Gualdo Tadino, barley malt, wheat, yeasts, hops, and sugar candy. Natural yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle is an indicator of its craftsmanship.

• PAIRINGS

  Violante is best with risotto, pasta of a distinctive flavour and game meat. The bitter notes and fullness of this beer are also exalted with mushrooms, pork knuckle and rustic cheeses.
