  It has a powerful and frank attack. With good acidity, vigorous body, marked tannins and unctuous passage through the mouth. Long and appetizing aftertaste reminiscent of ripe tree fruit compote (plum).

  Ideal with rice dishes with meat (chicken or beef) and vegetables, red meats, seasoned stews, and cod, broad and tasty, with very pleasant memories.
