After the harvest in the last ten days of October, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, during which malolactic fermentation is also completed. Once the skins are racked off and after a period of maturation in steel, the wine is aged in tonneaux for at least 18 months.
Deep ruby in color, tending towards garnet. On the nose, red fruits and spicy notes stand out. The palate is full-bodied, with a fine, complex tannic texture – warm, long and persistent.
